We produce olive oil by two different methods in a 10.000 m2 land on the dominant hill of our farm. One method we follow is cold press method which we carry out with with Italian origin, SPI 111 S model, two phase, environment friendly, fully automated system manufactured by Pieralisi.
In addition to this high technology facility, there is an everlasting water press olive oil producing facility at Korudağ Olive Farm. In this facility we adopt old fashion production techniques and produce a very special type of olive through a long and hard process.
The oil we produce at both facilities are being transferred to the steel tanks before it gets fermentated and nitrogen gas is added to prevent contact with air.
